Our Return Policy
With our money-back guarantee, reach out to us within 60 days* of receiving your artwork (as indicated by the tracking number) and we’ll be happy to refund your purchase to the original credit card used with the order.**
* Please note: During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are extending the return time frame to 90 days, to make it easier for our customers who are in quarantine.
**Custom orders are non-refundable. While return labels are provided for the 48 contiguous US states, please note that shipping charges for all other states, islands, and international countries should be covered by the customer.
To return your item:
- Email us to email@example.com, along with the following details: order number, the reason you're returning the item, photos of the item and its box, return or exchange preferred (if exchange, let us know which item and size).
- You will be assisted as soon as we are notified and your return label will be sent via email.
